How much time do I need to spend each month managing the property?
Our efficient property management system allows you to stay in control without investing your most valuable resource — your time. The property manager handles both the property and tenant management, so you can stay focused on your profession.
What are my options if the tenant moves out?
In the event of a tenant change, our property management team takes care of the entire re-letting process for you — from marketing the property at the current market rate to organizing viewings and selecting qualified tenants.
For the first two years, this service is completely free of charge.
After that, if you wish to continue using this service, we charge a one-time fee equivalent to one month’s net rent for each new letting.
